FCAN is proud to attend and advocate at the following event. Project Director Linda Coon, along with FCAN consumer representatives, will be traveling to Springfield, IL along with the AIDS Foundation of Chicago, the Chicago Black Gay Men’s Caucus, and the Harm Reduction Coalition. The goal is to speak to lawmakers about extending the sale Quality of Life Lottery tickets, whose proceeds fund HIV prevention and treatment, and about laws concerning mandatory notification to school principles about enrollment of HIV-positive students.Participants will also receive training about current issues.
